Contact and workshop enquiries

We process your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number and message to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, arrange a workshop. Non-binding enquiries are deleted after 12 months. If a business relationship results or a legal retention obligation applies, the necessary retention periods apply.

The form prepares your enquiry in your email application. Before you send it, its contents are neither transmitted to Consight nor permanently stored by the website. When sent, they are processed by the email services involved.

Local settings and benefit calculators

The presentation stores language, calculation inputs and your saved scenarios in your browser’s local storage. Session data supports slide navigation. The website does not transmit these inputs to Consight. Scenario exports and PowerPoint files are created locally. You can delete saved scenarios in the presentation or remove website data in your browser.

Videos, fonts and tracking

Videos, images and fonts are loaded from our own website files. No YouTube or Vimeo players, external font services, advertising trackers or analytics services are embedded. Video files are retrieved from the website server when you request playback.

Hosting and technical access data

Public hosting processes technical access data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser information to deliver and secure the website. Strato is planned for publication; the provider, storage location and log retention periods will be specified from the hosting configuration before launch.

Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction and deletion of your personal data and exercise other statutory rights. Contact us at info@consight-swiss.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Scope

This notice covers the website. Data processing within MEDIC or MDC at customer sites is governed by separate agreements.
